Responsible for managing locksmith service activities in the shop, including daily opening and close. Organize and maintain shop inventory. Maintain tools and machinery. Provide general support to field service technicians.
Provides locksmith services to walk-in customers, including diagnostic work, repair, rekey and product sales activity. Manage shop cash register; generate customer invoices; answer customer inquiries, both face-to-face and via telephone.
Face-to-face customer interaction is extensive; this includes providing clients with advice on security product options, and recommendations that best meet their needs. The ability to communicate clearly, confidently and with integrity is essential in this position. Customer satisfaction in the products and services delivered is of primary importance. Politeness and professionalism are required.
