I was having trouble with the front door of my business. I called First Lock one evening and they indicated that they could come out and take a look at it the following Monday. And guess what? The tech showed up Monday on time and fixed the door and lock!!!! Awesome customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
